SCALLOPED IRISH POTATOES 
5-6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 C milk
2 C grated cheese
1 small onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes thin. Place 1/2 of onion and potatoes in a greased casserole baking dish. Mix soup and milk, and pour 1/2 over potatoes & onion. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Layer again potatoes, onion, and liquid, then cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°F. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
