FUDGE-LIKE BROWNIES 
4 sqs. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate with butter over hot water. Cool slightly. Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Blend in chocolate mixture. Stir in flour. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool; then cut. Makes 24.
