COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa
Nuts (optional)

Put the first 5 ingredients in bowl and beat 10 minutes. Mix last 3 ingredients together. Put 1/3 batter into ungreased tube pan or bundt pan and sprinkle with 1/3 second mixture (sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa). Repeat 2 layers. Sprinkle with nuts and swirl with finger. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan.
