SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Combine first 2 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook in large skillet over medium heat until brown. Drain drippings. Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple. Mix well. Pour over meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple and simmer. (I put into small crock pot after cooking. Put on low and serve from it.)
