SAUSAGE - STUFFED SQUASH 
2 med. summer squash
6 lg. dinner sausages or Italian sausage
1/2 c. cooked minute rice
Parsley
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 garlic bud, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water

Halve squash; scoop out some pulp and seeds. Sprinkle garlic powder lightly on halves. Cook in water in microwave approximately 10 minutes. Cook rice. Steam sausage 10 minutes. Skin and mash sausage. Add onions, rice, garlic, and parsley. Cook 5 more minutes. Spoon meat mixture into squash; top with tomato soup and water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
