TED'S GREAT BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
1 lemon

Combine the ketchup, chili powder, honey, garlic, vinegar and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Squeeze the juice from lemon into sauce. Add squeezed out shell (cut into quarters) to sauce. Return to boil. You can make 3 times this amount and keep in refrigerator for months.
