MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. cornmeal mix
1 2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 onion, grated
1 c. cream cheese
1/2 hot pepper, chopped
3 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. yellow grated cheese

Mix well. Bake for 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Set oven at 350 degrees.
