CHILI BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
1 egg
1 pt. tomato juice
1 sm. onion, diced
Celery if desired
Salt & pepper

Cook slowly (I use slow cooker). Must not get brown. Cook 2-3 hours until done.
