BROCCOLI-CHEDDAR SOUP 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked

Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt; gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese and broccoli. Stir until cheese is melted. Makes six (1 cup) servings.
