HELEN DAVIS DISH 
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans tuna
1/4 lb. cashews, chopped slightly
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper, diced

Cook celery, onions and green peppers slightly in frying pan with a little butter.

Make white sauce of 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups milk. Cook 9 oz. of Chinese noodles (not canned type), broken up. Mix all together; put in flat dish, sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
