UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
16 oz. can fruit cocktail
2 c. Angel Flake coconut
2 eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail with syrup, 1 cup of the coconut and eggs or bowl. Blend and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 325 degrees until done. Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add rest of coconut. Spoon on hot cake.
