SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter

Cook and drain spinach; combine everything in medium bowl and roll into balls (size of large marbles). Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Makes 60 to 70.

If you want to freeze them, cover with wax paper and place in freezer. When solid, take off cookie sheet and place in freezer bags until needed. Bake frozen balls 10 to 15 minutes.
