1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash of salt
1 egg white
1/3 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, salt, chocolate chips and egg white. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full with the cake mixture. Add 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture to each cup of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. These are good plain or frosted with your favorite frosting.
