OREIDA POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash browns OreIda
Large sour cream
2 c. pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/2 c. diced onion
1 strip Town House crackers

Melt butter in pan. Add potatoes. Mix other ingredients. Add on top. Then add 1 strip of Town House crackers crumbled with a 1/2 stick of butter. Put on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 1/2 hour.

Serves 6-8.
