GRANDMA LOCHNERS PLUM CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
2 lg. tbsp. Crisco
2 lg. tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Plums (Italian)

Mix all together. Take a 9 x 12 inch Pyrex pan and sprinkle with plain bread crumbs. Spread this dough with your fingertips into the bottom and up about an inch on the sides. Cut plums in half and line them on the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
