SUNSHINE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
1 whole chicken breast, split, skinned and boned
2 env. onion cup of soup mix
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. honey
Hot cooked rice

In medium skillet, melt butter and brown chicken. In bowl blend 4 remaining ingredients, except rice, and add to the skillet. Simmer, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until tender. Place chicken on bed of rice. Serves two.
