1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk; blend well. Mix in all other ingredients except zucchini. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool, dust with powdered sugar. Freezes well.
