CRISPY OVEN POTATOES | |
5 lg. potatoes, cut in sm. chunks or strips 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/4 c. vegetable oil or 1/4 c. melted butter Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag or covered bowl. Shake well to coat. Place all in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until crispy. |
