HERBED LENTIL CASSEROLE 
2 2/3 c. water
3/4 c. lentil, uncooked
1/2 c. brown rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. leaf basil
1/2 tsp. lite salt or less
Oregano, thyme, garlic powder to taste (about 1/4 tsp. each works well)
