DIJON PORK JENNIFER | |
Boneless pork loin, approximately 5 lbs. 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. honey 4 tbsp. Dijon country mustard 2 tbsp. brandy 1 tsp. J.D.'s Magic 1 (8 oz.) whipping cream 1 can chicken broth 1 bunch green onions, chopped Salt and pepper pork loin. Place in baking pan. On grill with medium-high heat, place roast. Insert meat thermometer into thick part of roast and cook until done. In saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth and light brown. Add broth gradually and stir to avoid lumping. Bring to a boil and add honey, mustard, brandy, J.D.'s Magic, whipping cream and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add green onions and continue to cook for 5 minutes. To serve, slice the pork loin and spoon sauce over meat. |
