BABY ARTICHOKES | |
20 baby artichokes 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tbsp. J.D.'s Magic 2 tsp. Polander's chopped garlic 1 c. water 2 tbsp. Italian dressing Cut top off artichokes and remove any tough outer leaves. Mix remaining ingredients together in mixing bowl. Place artichokes in a baking dish and pour mixture over entire dish. Cover with film and place in refrigerator overnight. Cook in microwave for 15 minutes on high or until leaves are tender. |
