BABY ARTICHOKES 
20 baby artichokes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. J.D.'s Magic
2 tsp. Polander's chopped garlic
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Italian dressing

Cut top off artichokes and remove any tough outer leaves. Mix remaining ingredients together in mixing bowl. Place artichokes in a baking dish and pour mixture over entire dish. Cover with film and place in refrigerator overnight. Cook in microwave for 15 minutes on high or until leaves are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
