ORANGE SURPRISE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 tbsp. orange-flavored drink, instant, (Tang)
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Dissolve gelatin and breakfast drink in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled 5 cup mold, and chill until firm.
