SHELLS WITH PARSLEY AND GARLIC 
1/2 lb. sm. pasta shells
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
Pepper to taste

Cook shells according to directions on box; drain. Return to saucepan. Add butter and cook over medium low heat until butter melts. Add cheese, parsley, and garlic; mix well and serve. May use basil instead of parsley or mixture of two.
