HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
10 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. shredded cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. corn flakes
1 1/2 lb. ham, cubed
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut small
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. butter, melted

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 of bread cubes in dish and add ham and both cheeses. Cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk and rest of ingredients (except corn flakes and butter). Pour over bread, cheese and ham. Combine corn flakes and butter. Crumble and spread on top. Bake at 375 degrees until clear.
