HONEY PIE 
1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of nutmeg
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Bring honey to a boil in saucepan. Quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, vanilla, pecans, and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set.
