WHOLE WHEAT REFRIGERATOR BUNS 
3 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. shortening
2 c. wheat flour
3 eggs
3 c. wheat flour

Dissolve the packages of yeast in the warm water. Scald milk, add salt, sugar and shortening; cool to lukewarm. Combine milk mixture and the 2 cups wheat flour. Beat well. Add yeast mixture and beat well. Add 3 eggs and beat well. Add 3 cups wheat flour and beat until dough leaves sides of bowl. Knead until smooth and satin. Place in greased bowl, turn dough to grease top. Cover and place in refrigerator. Will keep 3 days. When desired, form buns place in greased cookie sheet. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
