3 c. coarse zucchini
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Mix in order. Brown in oil. Serve with applesauce. Tastes like potato pancakes.
