PARTY POTATOES 
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled & cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. chives
Salt & white pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic salt
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. butter
Paprika

Blend cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes thoroughly with a mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture and beat well. Stir in chives. Add salt and pepper.

Spread in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan or dish. Cover and refrigerate. One hour before serving, dot with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. May be made 1 to 2 days in advance.
