LEMON SALAD WITH SHRIMP SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. Half & Half
1/2 c. celery (chopped fine)
1 c. whipping cream (whipped)
1 sm. can chopped olives

Dissolve Jello in hot water, let set until it is syrupy. Soften cream cheese and mix in Half & Half. Whip this mixture into Jello. Fold in celery and olives and whipped cream. Chill overnight.

TOPPING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped very fine

Stir together and serve over salad after it is sliced into squares.
