HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced onions

Allow potatoes to thaw. Mix with other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix topping ingredients and put on casserole before baking. Serves 12.
