VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 qts. milk

Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium high speed of an electric mixer for 1 minute. Add sugar and beat well. Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in 1 quart milk.

Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon electric freezer. Add remaining 1/2 quart milk. Freeze. Let ripen at least 1 hour. Yields 1 gallon.
