SMOKY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. smoked barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water

Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Use 1 tablespoon of meat mixture and shape into a ball. Place on plate in circle. Cover with wax paper (you may not be able to cook all of them the first time). Microwave at high for 6-8 minutes, turning meatballs after 3 minutes.

In bowl, combine barbecue sauce and water. Add meatballs to sauce. Cover. Microwave at high for 8-10 minutes, stirring gently after 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
