TURKEY DINNER 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears (or fresh), cooked
2 - 3 c. turkey, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry

Mix together soup, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and curry. Place broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish, top with turkey. Pour soup mixture over meat. Add 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 to 1 cup cracker crumbs (for example, Ritz), finish with slivered almonds. Cover in microwave for 6 to 7 minutes or uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
