1 (9 inch) deep dish pastry shell, frozen pie shell works real well
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
