HOT BEEFS 
3-4 lb. roast
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 beef bouillon cube

Put roast in crock pot, top with rest of ingredients. Cook about 6 hours on high. Remove roast and shred. Skim fat from juice. Return meat to pot, add 1/4 cup water, lower heat. Simmer until ready to use.
