Pour de-fatted meat drippings into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add instant mashed potato flakes, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency. Add salt, pepper and a bit of Gravy Master to taste. Be sure NOT to add to much flakes or you will have brown mashed potatoes. This recipe also works well with chicken stock.
