CASHEW FRENCH TOAST 
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 c. milk or water
2 dates
A pinch of salt

Whiz in blender and pour into shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread into batter. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake on lowest shelf in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn with spatula (each piece should be nicely browned on underside), bake 10 minutes.
