HONEYED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce (or to taste)
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. ketchup

Cut tail piece from wings and discard. Disjoint remaining wing and coat pieces with 2 tablespoons cooking oil, salt and pepper. Spread pieces on baking sheet - do not overlap. Mix the other 4 ingredients and pour over chicken wings. Bake in oven at 350°F until sauce caramelizes. Turn pieces as needed.
