TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. sm. egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 soup can water
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Place cooked noodles in an ovenproof 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix together mushroom soup, tuna, bell pepper, sour cream, onion and water. Pour over cooked noodles. Place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. While casserole is cooking, mix melted butter with bread crumbs. When casserole is almost done top with hot buttered bread crumbs and brown. One fourth pound Ritz crackers, crushed may be substituted for bread crumbs. Serve 4 to 6.
