TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 pt. sour cream 2 c. tuna 1 sm. can (7 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup 1/8 c. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. onion 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs 1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked and drained Soften cream cheese and blend with half of the 1/2 pint of sour cream. Add flaked tuna, mushroom soup, parsley, salt and onion. Stir until well blended. Mix in cooked noodles and pour into shallow baking dish. Spread remaining sour cream on surface and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
