BAKED SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. canned salmon, broken into fine pieces
2 eggs
1/4 c. or more bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix well and form into loaf. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh lemon and parsley. Serves 4.
