OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. bread crumbs with 2 tsp. salt & pepper
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) frying chicken cut up or 3 breasts split
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in butter. Roll in crumbs. Place pieces, skin side up in jelly roll pan or shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Turning unnecessary. Serves 4-5.
