OVEN FRIED HERB CHICKEN 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine butter, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, parsley and lemon juice. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Arrange in a baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until done.
