CORN CHIP CHILI | |
3 cans red kidney beans, drained 2 cans (10 oz. each) enchilada sauce 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 pkg. (5 oz.) corn chips 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic Combine beans, enchilada sauce, chili powder, cheese and corn chips. In a pan over medium heat saute beef, onion and garlic until meat just browns and onion is tender. Pour into a 3 quart baking dish together with cheese and bean mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8. |
