GREEN SALAD 
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple
Juice from 1 can pineapple
1 pt. whipped cream
1 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows, cut in half
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. butter mints, crushed

Combine the pineapple, juice and marshmallows; sprinkle with lime Jello. Place in refrigerator overnight. Before serving, combine the whipped cream and crushed mints with the pineapple mixture.
