BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can pitted black olives
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. celery, sliced
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 sm. (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing

Wash and cut broccoli in bite size pieces. Slice mushrooms and add all ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate overnight. Toss again just before serving.
