PORK CHOPS - GARLIC AND ROSEMARY
SAUCE
 
4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. rosemary
4 oz. chicken broth
4 oz. red wine
1 red pepper, sliced
4 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper

Dust pork chops with flour - saute pork chops in oil until tender. Add all ingredients and cook until done. Serve sauce over pork chops and sprinkle with parsley.
