MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 3/4 lb. butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. plain flour 1 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 jar marshmallow creme 1 can fudge icing Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans; blend well. Bake in a 9 x 15 x 3 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When done and hot, spread marshmallow creme. When cool, spread fudge icing. Serves 10-12. |
