COMPANY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Thaw potatoes and combine all except topping ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix butter and corn flakes; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
