CLARK BARS 
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter or 1 (12 oz.) jar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Special K cereal

Bring corn syrup and sugar to boil around edge of pan. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until caramel color. Add cereal, press into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Melt together.
